Our main products include: alloy cast irons, gray iron, Ductile iron parts (G3000, G3500, GG20, GG25, GG30, GG35, GGG40, GGG50 and GGG60 15%Cr-Mo, L-NiCuCrl562.1563) , grey high-carbon cast iron and high-silicon contents (the carbon content can be 3.5%).
Nodular cast irons are mainly used in power rigging and automobile industry, and alloy cast irons are mainly used to process anti-corrosion pump impellers and pump shells according to customers' samples and drawings.
Our products are mainly supplied to German Wood-Working Machinery Industry and American ITT Corporation. Besides, our company will also process cast parts with outsourced CNC lathes and engine lathes.
Our company has strong technology strength. Our President Mr. Wang Zhicai has worked in casting industry for over 40 years since he graduated from Dalian Railway Technical School majoring in casting. The general manager Mr. Wang Junping began to work in the industry about 20 years ago and he further studied in Tsinghua University majoring casting in 2002.
Our company has two sets of electric stoves with yearly output 5000MT and complete analytic instruments such as test analyzers, Brinell hardness testers and metallographic image analyzers.
